    No restrictions for any educational background and age, everyone can be built up by taking  an evening course.

     Fee: 2,500 NT Dollars (Another extra $500 dollars for new students).

     After completing nine courses , a certificate in the Grassroots Ministry program will be awarded to the student.

The Andrea special offer: Starting from January 2011, when an enrolling student invite a new student to register a course, both students can have a 10% discount of tuition fees, excluding the new student application fee.
